About:Chinese Embassy in South Africa

Good day,
I am working in the UK on a 5 year work permit and am a Chemical Engineer in the Oil & gas industry. I am required to undertake a business trip to China in a weeks time.
I have a South African passport and have obtained a letter of invitation from the company I will be visiting (CNOOC).

Will it be possible to obtain a visa at the airport upon arrival in Beijing?

Many thanks in advance for your advice.

Sincere regards, Darrell

It is impossible for you to obtain a visa on arrival at the Beijing airport, please obtain a visa in UK before your departure.
