I want go to Nepal from China is it possible?

There is no train service available from China to Nepal. However, direct flights are available daily except Tuesdays from Guangzhou, China to Katmandu, the capital of Nepal.

I saw there's a bus I can take to Katmandu form Lhasa.
Hope its safe because the flight ticket is expensive.
There's anybody had took this travel option?
