Hi,i will visit to Taiwan on 11th Jan next year. Just would like to know the weather over there and whether is rain often? Any flower blossom at this time in Kaoshiung?Any special celebrate at this time?

Hi, with a temperature of about 14~19C , it is cool and pleasant for travelling in Taiwan in Jan. It has little rain during this monthand, but it is not the season for flower blossom. Usually, you can see flower blosson in March-May.  There seems no speical celebration at that time.
