About:Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding

I just read that the Panda Research Center (in Chengdu) is no longer allowing visitors to hold a panda &/or take pictures with the pandas. Is this really true. If so, when did they change their policy?

I didn't hear about the news, Sue. It may be possible to have panda in arms every day, but it is possible to hold and take picture with them. Need to pay additional money, and espensive I think.
