About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I've been to the chinese embassay i manila twice, most recently was dec.04,2010, i got "L" visa for 90 days and after each 30 day period i have to extend at the PSB(public security bureau). Is there anyway to get an "L" visa that can last longer than 90 days in total?

You can try to apply for a multi-entry L visa if you want to stay in China longer.

Thanks Mr.alvin but doesn't multi-entry mean you have to leave china after 90 days and re-enter? My point is why pay 5100pesos when you can pay 1700pesos? or will a multi entry visa allow me to stay in china after the 1st 90 days? i'm confused. any advice will be helpful, thanks.

generally, the duration of L visa is 30 days, and it can be extended twice in China. Mr.Alvin is right, you can apply for a multi-enties visa if you want to stay in China for longer time. Don't worry for exit, I know some holders just go through the control and return without leaving China actually to activate another entry.
