PLS HELP ME..

i need to apply visa on 23 feb..and i have in my account 1.5lack but my account is open only 3 days before NOW..is new account..is there any problem with this..and i should have to submit my fitness medical teste REPORT in visa..i am going with L(visa)TO GUANZHOU TO VISIT MY FRIEND..AND WHAT OTHER DOUCMENT I AHVE TO TAKE BEFORE..TO GO EMBASSY..PLS TELL ME I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW?
CAN I GET VISA IN TWO OR 3 DAYS?/
