good day,

i will arrive hongkong around 6pm, is there any possible for me to enjoy "A Symphony of Lights, Victoria Bay" ?

i will stay at TST

Yes, when you get out the airport, take airport express to Kowloon and then take bus to New World center or just take taxi to Avenue of Stars to see the light show. It is at 8pm.
