Festival Walk is in Kowloon Tung. You should get back to your hotel direction and go further. Get off at Edward Prince MTR Station and change another line to Kowloon Tung Station. Harbor City is in Tsim Sha Tsui next to China Ferry Terminal in Canton Road. It is within walk distance from your hotel.
