About:China Consulate in Houston

I am going to China on a pleasure/trade show in Hong Kong visting friends and business associates in Shenzhen for a total stay of two weeks. I live in Louisiana. I understand that the application must be delivered personally to the consulate. Is there a consulate or office in Louisiana , or must I travel to Houston personally to secure a Visa?

Yes, sir, you need to submit your visa application to Consulate General of China in Houston. But if you can not go there in person, you can entrust someone else or an agency to do it on your behalf. No appointment is required.
