About:Zobo Travel

I visited Zibo once and I had some kind of rice there that was carmalized. I remember you would get it out of the bowl with chopsticks then you would have to dip it in water before you ate it because it was so sweet and sticky. Do you know what that is called?

Wow, I also want to have a taste. It sounds delicious. I never been there and but it sounds like a kind of rice cake. It is carmalized for adding brown sugar. There are other ingredients. Is it?
