About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

Good afternoon,
My family and I need to apply for Chinese tourist visas for an upcoming trip in April. We are a family of four. I am a UK citizen, and my wife and children are citizens of the USA. We all have UAE Residence visas, issued in Dubai, although we actually live in Abu Dhabi. Can you tell me if it is possible to apply for these Chinese tourist visas at the Chinese Embassy in Abu Dhabi. Many thanks.
