please where is my parcel posted 24th nov 2010 tracking number RA002319565CN sent via china post thank you please help

As the tracing result, it has left the transit office of exchange in Shenzhen on Jan 6, 2011. It is said that the parcel starting with'RA' can be traced in UK Post. You can try it. Or you can call 11185, Service line of China Post for help.

Is there a email address of china post please so I can email them.
Checked with uk post they have no details of tracking number RA0002319566CN posted 22nd Nov. The seller is not responding to emails. I tried phone service line 11185 could not get through.
