First time visitor to Hong Kong. Staying in Kowloon at Kimberley Hotel (is it really nice??) for 3 full days. What is the best itinerary. I have booked a dinner/cruise tour for the symphony of lights. I also want to do THE PEAK, Disneyland, Ocean park, some night markets (which is the best for great bargains??), Victoria Harbour and is there anything I can jam in too that is memorable?? I can squeeze a lot in - seasoned travellor.

The hotel is nice. You can have one day in Disneyland. Ocean Park at daytime and then the cruise tour for the light show at night. Of you don't stay too long in the Ocean Park, you can do the Peak the same day. It depends on your interest in the Ocean Park. As to Night maket, I think the Temple Street is a nice place to see.
