It is usually at 18:00-19:00 in March to see the sun set.  The temperature is about 12~19C in Xiamen in March. It is cool and generally pleasant. You can wear long-sleeved T-shirts with Jacket. You can find halal food restaurants in Xiamen, such as Muslim Xin Xi Yu Shi Fu at 8 Hanguang Lu SIming District.
