I shall be arriving in Hangzhou via Air Asia on 23 February 2011 at 1310 hrs. I understand that there is a bus service provided by Air Asia to Shanghai. I would appreciate the following information:-
a) Where exactly can i buy the bus ticket
b) Can the bus ticket be booked in advance
