i will visit china by 21 feb until 25 feb for traveling purpose, my flight is mes - HK which arrival at hongkong airport by 21.30, can i apply for VISA on arrival on that day???

Indonesia passport holders are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong for up to 30 days, you don't need to apply for visa on arrival. If you want to visit Mainland China, you have to apply for China visa in Hong Kong in advance.
