About:Changsha Railway Station

What is the cheapest way from the airport to Happy Valley? If I take E11 and get off at Hong Kong side, then take a taxi to Happy Valley, which stop do I get off? Thanks!

You could get off at Wan Chai Fire Station, Hennessy Road in the area of Causeway Bay.

I know where that is but is it easy to get a taxi there? I know some places taxis are not allowed for dropping off or picking up passengers.
