About:Chinese Embassy in Nigeria

pls i learnt that it is now difficult to get chinese visa as a first timer.I want to know why?because Their will always be a first timer.

Because many many Nigerians overstay in China, they work, do business or illegal activities without a legal China visa, I heard that there is a little Africa in Guangzhou where many Nigerians assemble by overstaying their visas.
