About:Harbin Ice Festival

hi! I'm living in china..and nowadays I'm plannig to go harbin, but my dates are on 24th-26th feb..and also I dont know ice festival will be close or not..can I see every place on that dates ?

Some of the activities may be over, but you still have the chance to enjoy the ice and snow sculptures in Zhaoling or Volga Villa.
