About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

Hi, I just got my residence permit valid for 12 months. I need to know which members of the family i can attach on it. Aside from my wife and child, can i attach my parents on my residence permit too? What are the requirements? I hope you can give me some information. Thank You.

Your wife, child and your parents can be your accompanying family members. The requirements are
1. Proof of relationship - original NSO birth certificate or marriage contract
2. Invitation Letter of Foreign Affairs Office in the city where you work
3. your valid residence visa, working visa, working card and passport information page.
4. their passports, passport photos, completed visa application forms
5. Physical Examination Certificate for Foreign Citizen
6. NBI clearance valid for travel abroad for your wife and parents.
