Hi there, I ordered items from two different seller from china, I bought them around the 2nd of feb but they where not sent until the 8th/9th due to the chinese new year. When i track the codes, One says:
2011 - departure from outward office of exchange - GREAT BRITAIN - 2011-02-15
and the other package says
2011 - departure from outward office of exchange - 2011-02-15
What does this mean? Have they left china? How long will it take? And also does anyone know who handles these parcels once they have entered the UK. Thanks.
