About:China Transit Visa

Hi,
Please help. I am traveling to Dubai from Mongolia with a 24.05 hours layover in Beijing. I booked a reservation in Courtyard Hotel for my overnight stay. I am advised that I don't need a transit visa to go out instead I will get an authorization from the transit passenger channel in the Beijing Airport. Please confirm if this is possible.

I have the same situation, let me make it clear. I need to leave the airport for my overnight stay. My layover is 24 hours and 5 mins. Some travel agents says i need to get a transit visa but others say I don't need one. I am confused. Help please. Thanks.

Yes, you have to get an authorization from the transit passenger channel in the Beijing Airport
