Hello, I bought two items on e-bay, on the 17/1/2011, they were posted the next day ref RR963439597CN and RR963439606CN they have had no updates sice 18/1/2011,where are they?

Maybe they were during the shipping. You may ask the sender to check the status for you.

Thank you MR Frank, they both have a status of departure from outward office of exchange destination Australia last location Guangzhou date 18-1-2011 - can you tell me what the next status is?

My supplier is checking but I am fearful the packages have both been lost.

The nest step may be arrival at transit office of exchange. Not sure, since you can't check the status after the parcel leaves China.
