Hi!
I am currently working in China and holding a Z visa. I am married but my family is in my country. Is it possible to accompany my niece in my working visa so that she can come here?

Accompanying family members must ba an immediate relative of the person working in China (i.e. child or spouse). Your niece can't be your dependent.
