About:Chinese Consulates in South Korea

I am a Canadian teacher whose A.R.C has expired but I have ateaching opportunity offered to me in China.I am now on a tourist visa. Can I apply for a "Z' or L. visa
at the Consulate in Busan

You can try to call one of the travel agencies designated by China Consulate in Busan to enquire it.
