About:Chinese Embassy in Sweden

dear s
i want to ask if the Iraqi citizen which have a residence in one of the Europeans countries (EU)LANDS need an invitation letter to get the chinese visa, i used to travel to china before from Sweden with my Iraqi passport normally and without needing an invitation letter, but the last time the staff in the visa office told me that i might need an invitation letter,, so i need the answer please because i have to finish my work there and the delay might cost me too much,, by the way i have a (permanent residence in Sweden since 2006) and i live in Sweden since 2006.

Mr.mahir, it is up to the type of visa you apply for, for business visa, work visa, the invitation letter is required for all nationals, for tourist visa application, it is not required for nationals of most countries, you can try to submit application in 2011, maybe the invitation letter is not required. Permanent Residence in Sweden is very helpful for your application.
