why did you overstay, knowing that it will be hard to come again or to any other country once you have a history of overstaying

an individual who overstays in the Macao Special Administrative Region for less than 30 days after the expiry of the authorization granted is fined MOP200.00 per overdue day. The violator is required to pay the fine immediately after he or she is arrested or reports himself or herself to the police.

You need pay MOP 5400 for the penalty, you can't enter Macau within 2 years counted from the date of exit Macau.
