About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Dear to whom it may concern,

I am due to visit China next week 24 Feb under an invitation from a company to discuss and factory tour. How do I apply for the VISA? Do I need to get letter of invitation from the company? VISA fee? How long does it take to get a VISA ready?

Thank you Nancy. VISA application is in process now with the Embassy in KL.

If you live Sarawak, Sabah or Labuan, please go to China Consulate in Kuching to apply for China Business Visa, if you live in other places, please go to CVASC in Kuala Lumpur to apply for visa. You can submit the application in person, or entrust someone else to do it.

The letter of invitation from the company is required for the application, the fee is 30 Ringgit for single entry visa, but you also need to pay 28 Ringgit for the service fee of CVASC in KL. It takes 4 working days for visa processing.
