About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

So there is NO way to get a Chinese VISA in Seoul if you have a US Passport? I was issued 2 Chinese VISAS in 2002/2003 if that makes any difference.

If you don't have Alien Registration Card with at least 6 months remaining validity, it is impossible for you to get a China visa from China embassy in Seoul, but you can entrust a visa agency authorized by China Consulate in Busan to get the visa from Busan. The consulate doesn't asks for ARC. Many foreigners get a China visa from this consulate.
