Here are two options for your reference:
1)Take the airport bus directly to Suzhou from Pudong airport, which takes around 2hrs and cost about CNY80 per person;
2)Take the airport bus line 5 to Shanghai train station first and then take a bullet train or G-train to Suzhou. For the train schedules, you can check on the page.
