You are permitted to enter Hong Kong for 5 days stay during your onward and return journey because Indians enjoy 14 days visa free access to Hong Kong. Chinese business visa doesn't permit you to enter Hong Kong, Mainland China applies different exit & entry controls from Hong Kong.
