As I know, the train K918 runs every other day on Lhasa-Lanzhou route. And from Lhasa to Lanzhou, there are also five other trains you can take, such as the train T28 starting from Lhasa daily to Beijing, train T166/T163 leaving each day to Shanghai and etc. Thus, trains are available daily between Lanzhou and Lhasa.
