About:Harbin Ice Festival

Hi, I would like to find out how's the snowfall over at the ski resorts this time of the year. Have been hearing reports that weather is warmer this year and by mid march, the ski resorts might be closed.

Yeah, the snowfall may be over in early March if the temperature rises quickly.
