About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

I live in quebec and i would like to apply for a chinese visa BY MAIL or online. Is there any way i could do that? I cannot go to Ontario, and i dont know anyone there who could do it for me. Thank you

Quebec is under the consular districts of China embassy in Ottawa, the embassy does not accept any straightforward application sent by mail or courier. It doesnt' accept application online, either, if you can't go to Ottawa, please send the applications to your clients or travel agencies in Ottawa, such as "Golden Mile 2000 Travel Consultant",
