About:Hong Kong Airport Bus

Hello! We will be arriving in Hongkong next week. What is the easiest, most convenient and cheapest way to go to The Garden View-YWCA Hotel,1 MacDonnell, Central, HK? Should we take the bus or the MTR?
Also from the hotel to :
a. Disneyland
b. Ocean Park

You can take the airport shuttle bus E11 from the airport to Jardine House, Connaught Road Central, then transfer to bus 12 to Kennedy Heights, Kennedy Road. It is a walking distanse from the bus stop to the hotel. It costs about HKD25/person.
From the hotel to Disneyland, you can walk to No. 26 Kennedy Road to take bus 9 and stop at Pedder Street, near MTR exit. Then walk to take MTR Tsuen Wan line from Central station. Transfer to Tung Chung line at Lai King and take Disneyland reosrt at Sunny Bay.
From the hotel to Ocean Park, take bus 40 from Kennedy Heights, Kennedy Road to Wah Fu (North), transfer to bus 48 to the Ocean Park.
