we will arrive to HK 9pm then proceed to ywca anne black...

where can we find night life from there....any instructions? and where can we go shops at that time....tnx

Temple street night market at Yau ma tei near your hotel is a good place for your night life. Ywca anne black is just located in the business center of Mong Kong where are full of shops.

on our day 2 any suggestion of budget hotel? our plan is ngong ping morning,, the peak in the evening,
on our last day in HK we will just go to disneyland any suggestion where we can go after disney we can still hang out till 12midnight..after we proceed to airport..

I think you may just stay at Central area like Central Park Hotel, Garden View-YWCA Hotel HK or Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hotel on the second day. And you may go to citygate outlets near the airport to do some shopping after the disneyland tour.
