About:Universities Enrolling Foreign Students

is it possible for you to study in china without knowing mandarin or cantonese?

No need to know Cantonese, it is just spoken in HK, Guangdong area. However, you need to know Mandarin for not all universities has international courses offer English speaking class. Mandarin learning class is a must if you persue banchelor's degrees. Generally, when you apply for the universities, they ask for you mandarin level sertificate.
