I will go to Harbin next week from Feb 21 to Feb 25  for a meeting.  Do you have suggestion to keep me warm during my staying there and also for muslem food (no pork). Thank You.

It is very cold in Harbin with a temperature of about -20~-5C. You need to wear more warm clothes such as long down jacket, Cotton boots and wool sweater. Remember to bring scarf, golves and hat.  There is a Yong Fa Yuan muslim restaurant at 89 Huaihe Lu. You may go there to have a try.
