If you have kid coming with you, do not miss Disneyland and OCean park. Other attractions, such as Victoria Peak, Avenue of Stars, Ngong Ping, Stanley Market, Repulse Bay, Aberdeen, Wong Tai Sin Temple are all nice places to see in HK. Good hotels, I think Shamrock Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui is nice. Transportation favilities here is good. It is better to stay near to metro stations. You will not disappoint about the food there.
