I ordered some stuff from hong kong and seller shipped on Feb.11 2011 and as of Feb. 13 2011 Hong kong post website has no tracking information. The item has not even been posted yet, what is happening? Can someone please help me? Tracking number is RA820065617HK. Thanks!

Yes, it can not be traced in HK Post web. Do you have an Enquiry Reference Number of the package? You can also trace by using this number too. If no, you can email or call HK post.

Thanks, Ms.Liz, But how come it cant be tracked on the hong kong post website? Last time i bought something from hong kong with a tracking number, i could track it. And how do you get a reference number because hong kong post is not replying my e-mails. Thanks!
