I use to live & work in Guangxi, I had friends in Baihai, his name is Jiaquan Xu, he use to work with local goverment. I lose contact with him, please find any information from him an come back to me

His chinese name is Xu, Jiaquan ( this is spelling, I can't write Maderine here)
