if i'm going to taipei for vacation on dec will it be a very cold time?should i bring thick clothing?

Instead of cold, it is warm and pleasant in Dec in Taipei. The average temperature in Dec is about 14~21C. You have no need to bring thick clothes, Light-weight clothing is OK.

Thanks Ms. Daisy, thank you for your answer. Would like to know whether Dec is suitable for any water games at any theme parks around there? shouldn't be too cold for it, should it?
