No direct metro from the airport to Mongkok. I sugget you take bus E21 to get to Mong Kok Market, Argyle Street. The bus fare is HKD14 and it takes about 75 minutes. Then you can walk about 15-20 minutes to Man Fuk Road or take a taxi there.
