Thanks for Mr Jamie's reply. Today i again received tracking message ARIVAL AT TRANSIT OFFICE OF EXCHANGE GUANGZHOU. and it's for the 6th consecutive day!
Please tell me what may be the next step.
Whom should i address to for any explanation or complaint? The <span class="clspost">chinapost.com.cn|web183</span> does not reply.
please help me out. Thank you

I am not sure if you could try to check in the local post office. You can also contact the sender to check within China.
