I know one train K7023 departs from Harbin on every Wednesday and Saturday and arrives in Vladivostok/ Khabarovsk respectively on Friday and Monday. And one direct flight is operating on each Monday and Friday from Harbin to Khabarovsk. You could choose your preferred transport method according to the budget.
