About:Chinese Embassy in Vietnam

Hello, my girlfriend, lost her passport in shanghai in December. she is back in Vietnam now, and wishes to meet me in shanghai in two weeks.

she has been told by a friend that, she will be able to get a Chinese visa, but there is a chance that she will not be allowed into china when she lands at immigration because she had previously lost her passport.

do you know if immigration at shanghai airport will decline her entry because of a previously lost passport?

thank you Gary

I don't think the immigration official at Shanghai airport will decline her entry because if a previously lost passport. If she holds a valid passport and valid China visa, she can still enter Shanghai to meet you.
