About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Dear Sir or Madam
I am travelling to Tokyo with my 2 sons on Sunday evening 13th February, then on to Shanghai on 16th, before visiting Hong Kong for 2 days on 19th.
I now find out that we require holiday visas before going to Shanghai and would like to arrange this please - do I need to make an appointment for early on 17th at your consulate, or is there a company I can give my completed forms and passport to handle this please ? As I cannot find anyone in Hawaii that can do this for me
Kind regards
Andrew Slaney-Smith

It is late for you to apply for a visa on Feb 17th, 2011, you go to Shanghai on Feb 16th, 2011, so you should go to China embassy in Tokyo to apply for a China tourist visa on Feb 14th, 2011 (Monday) and use the rush service by paying extra 3,000 Yen, then you can pick up the visa on Feb 15th or Feb 16th. (Normally visa may be picked up on the fourth working day since the date of the application. You can ask express service by paying extra fee. The rush fee is 3000 for the next-day and the third-day pick-up.)
