I have sent an item for repairs to a China manufacturer and it waits at the post office since 31st of January. The first days the delivery failed due to "local holidays". Between 2 to 8 it was the official vacations, but still, after 9th of Feb, it is reported as undeliverable due to "local holidays". Are there areas/companies that are closed longer than 8th of Feb?
