You can break journey in Hong Kong and visit Hong Kong for 2 days and then travel back to Bangalore, Indian passport holders are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong for up to 14 days, you don't need to apply for Hong Kong visa. The hotel booking confirmations at Hong Kong is not required.
