Dear,My family (me, my wife and 2 children) and I are planning to visit china in april 2011.If i understood well, I have to bring in all forms signed by the 4 of us, the valid passports, the flight tickets and bing it to the embassy.I would come on the 2th february. Can I deposit the docs in the afternoon, or should i pass by in the morning?Regards,Marc Van den Bulcke

You have to drop off your applications in the morning because the Office Hours of visa office of the embassy is from 09:00 to 11:30, Monday-Friday  You or your wife can sign the application form for your children if they are under 16 years.
